Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unwashed, original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our farm, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
